SME (Small and medium
size enterprises) technology such as office, exchange and
others propelled small business in America, their technology dependency
is high, yet they have little if any of the skills to properly manage
their system.
- At TCTG we believe SME should stick to their
core and let us worry about their IT issues.
It is our experience that most SME will confront one hour per node
a month of technical issues. If you are a small office with five
systems, this would mean a total of 60 hours per year. Not enough
to merit a $45,000 (plus benefit) a year MIS manager, yet one HD
failure (which takes less than one hour) could put you out of business.
Some business will call our basic service (tech on
call), but most would prefer to manage their cash flow by engaging
on a year contract which would give them the right to a tech for
one hour per system per month.
This contract
