Techical Support Specialist
Position Summary
Excellent opportunity to learn and advance in the technology world!
We look for energetic, motivated, and achievement-oriented people
to join our Customer Support team. Technical Support Specialists will
be responsible for all aspects of customer support, including but
not limited to:
Troubleshoot and debug applications and customer network problems
Answer the support phone line
Reply to customer emails
Schedule and provide installation for new customers
Work with customers on-site
Candidates MUST have:
Extensive knowledge of Windows NT/2000/XP
OS
Strong understanding of LAN
Troubleshooting experience using Windows command line interface
A+ Certification or equivalent
Strong client relationship management skills
Exceptional oral/written communications skills
Solid technical problem solving skills
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Layer 1/2/3/4-7
network devices
